AMERICAN WHITE STURGEON
Raised and harvested in aqua farms located in California, the White Sturgeon yields beautiful roe much like the finest Osetra. Fed on a natural diet in ponds of filtered artesian well water, this is a caviar of consistent quality and freshness, with a medium sized, rich brown-black eggs exhibiting a creamy yet clean flavor and finish.
GALILEE ISRAELI OSETRA
This sturgeon is farmed in water from the melting snow of Mount Hermon. The species here produces 100% pure Osetra and is raised on a natural diet of protein and plant foods, formulated over years of study, with no hormones added. The caviar has medium grain pearls with a dark to slate color, a firm and crisp texture with a finished hazelnut flavor.
